   Welcome to Canadian Covid TeleHealth

Clinic Sign-Up Process

If you are having a medical emergency, including any of the following:

  • Difficulty breathing
  • Oxygen saturation less than 90%,
  • Chest Pain
  • Dehydration (e.g., unable to consume enough liquids, vomiting and/or diarrhea more than 4 episodes in 24 hrs),

please call 911 or go immediately to your nearest hospital emergency department.  For the above cases, you need to be seen by someone who can physically evaluate your condition. Our services are based on scheduled phone appointments and are NOT an emergency health service. Canadian Covid TeleHeath is an outpatient telehealth clinic lacking access to hospital diagnostic equipment and testing service, hence we reserve the right to decline treatment of individuals with complicated medical conditions requiring face-to-face assessments. Canadian Covid TeleHealth is a Members-Only, fee for service clinic addressing only Covid-19 (prevention and treatment) issues.

Access to our services requires a $100 deposit. This deposit goes towards two purposes:

  •  $50 covers the cost of your lifetime membership. Membership fees help fund the systems/technology needed to provide coordinated services across Canada.  To be a member, you must agree to all membership terms and responsibilities listed in the sign-up process.
  • $50 goes towards the cost of your appointment. Once your appointment is complete, $50 will be deducted from the total appointment fee (reducing the balance billed to your credit card after the appointment).

Any resident of Canada who is willing to accept all our terms and conditions of service (which will be clearly laid out in the pages that follow) are welcome to apply for membership and receive service.   Otherwise, we recommend that you access the public health care system for your healthcare needs.

EXCEPTIONS:

  • CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE:   Since children fare quite well with Covid-19, the Practitioners at CC TeleHealth do not provide them with preventative treatments unless they have significant co-morbidities
  • PATIENTS WHO ARE HOSPITALIZED:  We do not treat patients who are hospitalized. All our treatments are for out-patient situations.
  • ALBERTA & BRITISH COLUMBIA:  We do not prescribe Ivermectin in BC or AB because it is government restricted in those provinces. However, we do provide good alternative options that work well.

SIGNUP CONDITIONS

Please take notice that registering online for our service does not constitute a guarantee that an individual can be seen as a patient. Should we be unable to identify within 2 weeks a practitioner with whom we can schedule you for an appointment, we will refund your payment in full.

Treatment practices are unique to the patient and their health practitioner. While we do a lot to ensure effective learning takes place between our health practitioners and that world leading practices are understood by all, each health practitioner makes a judgement call based on their experience and the health conditions of the patient being treated. This means every patient received a custom services based on the knowledge shared between them and their health provider. We do not mandate treatment protocols that must be followed by a health practitioner.X
